Our international patient coordinator will assist you in fixing your appointments with our doctors.

Once we have confirmation of you travelling for medical treatment at our hospital, we will send you a scanned copy of an invitation letter requesting a prior visa for the patient and an attendant. The copy will further be submitted to the Indian Embassy/High Commission in your country.

Yes, we do assist our international patients on travelling from the airport to the hospital. We provide an ambulance or an AC car, whichever is more comfortable to the patient.

Our international patient coordinator will help you with each of your requirements. Our services include facilities like assistance in visa extension, accommodation in the hospital and nearby hotels, getting local SIM cards, and registration with the government.

In case of expiration of visa, we will help you with clinical documents stating that the patient is in need of continuation of treatment.

While getting discharged, the patient will be given a comprehensive dossier, including state while admission, discharge status, diagnostic reports, treatments provided and measures to be taken after discharge, such as medication and diet advisory. Our team will be available to assist you in your port discharge and travel procedures.
