Dr. Kshitij Bedmutha is consultant cardiologist with Dr. Kshitij Bedmutha is a consultant cardiologist with over 10 years of experience. He has completed his MBBS from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital Mumbai. He is trained in prestigious institutions like LTMMC, Sion Hospital Mumbai for post-graduation in MD (Medicine), and TNMC & BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai for super specialty in Cardiology (DM)

He acquired vast clinical experience while working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cardiology at Nair Hospital till 2018 when he gained expertise in the field of emergency and chronic cardiac care.

Dr. Kshitij firmly believes that "Prevention is Better than Cure" and passionately guides on lifestyle disorders like hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol access, obesity, and cardiac care.

Along with expertise in interpreting ECGs (Electro Cardiograms), he has performed more than 20000 2D echocardiography’s including pediatric and neonatal echo. As he is adept at providing emergency cardiac care, he has performed more than 5000 coronary angiographies and prefers the radial (hand) approach. He has also performed over 2000 elective and emergency angioplasties and performed complex angioplasty with ease. He is well versed with newer technologies like IVUS and OCT (Image guided Angioplasty), FFR and IFR guarded PTCA.

His other operative expertise includes pacemaker implantation (single and double chamber), ICD (Intra Cardiac Defibrillator) insertion, and CRT Pacemaker placement. He also aces structural interventions like congenital defect closures like ASD, VSD, and PDA device Closures, and percutaneous valve interventions like balloon, mitral, aortic, and pulmonary valvomatics.
