Symptoms of iron deficiency anaemia

KDAH

Iron deficiency anaemia is a common type of anaemia, in which blood lacks healthy red blood cells that carry oxygen to the body's tissues. This may lead to leaving you tired and short of breath. Initially, iron deficiency anemia can be so mild that it goes unnoticed. But as the body becomes more deficient in iron and anemia worsens, the signs and symptoms intensify. If your child develops these signs and symptoms, consult a doctor.
