Signs of a possible vision problem in children

KDAH

Research suggests that children who spend more time indoors doing near-focused activities such as computer work, video games, and reading have higher rates of myopia than those who spend more time outdoors. While myopia cannot be reversed, you can protect your child’s eye health in the future by making sure your child spends more time outdoors, limiting screen time on computers or other digital devices and by balancing screen time with outdoor time. Also, have your child's vision checked regularly.
