Kegels are for men too!

KDAH

Many factors can weaken the pelvic floor muscles in men, including the surgical removal of the prostate and conditions such as diabetes and an overactive bladder. Kegel exercises help men strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the bladder and bowel movements as well as sexual functions. You may need to start kegel exercises if you suffer from urinary incontinence or if you leak after using the washroom.
