Irregular sleep can increase your risk of heart disease

KDAH

A new study suggests, irregular sleep, such as sleeping for an inconsistent number of hours each night or falling asleep at different times, may increase the risk of developing atherosclerosis, or the hardening of the arteries, among adults over age 45. Adopt healthy habits like setting a sleep schedule, paying attention to what you eat and drink before you sleep, limiting daytime naps, and including physical activity in your daily routine to encourage better sleep.
