Common signs of sluggish liver

KDAH

Your liver serves as a detoxifying organ. It works around the clock to keep your system clean by breaking down every meal, removing toxins, and processing it all. However, due to the increasing consumption of junk foods and alcohol your liver needs to work extra. Over a period of time, your liver could slow down and may slow down its functions which is a warning sign that your body isn’t flushing out the toxins properly, and your liver needs a break. If your liver is under stress for a long time, a condition called fatty liver develops which could lead to serious conditions like diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and cirrhosis.
